SHIPPING NOTES: 

To ensure that your coffee purchase is delivered to you at its most fresh, it is shipped to you directly from our roastery near Chicago. The accessories items in this section are shipped from a separate warehouse, such that there will be a shipping charge for these items, that is in addition to the coffee shipping charge (or, as the case may be, free shipping of coffee) for your order. This policy is based on our desire to keep our gourmet coffee prices as competitive as possible. (We invite you to comparison shop and we believe you will agree that we meet or beat the prices of others.)

"WWW" Items:  Most accessories are in stock at the USA warehouse, but those few items that are prefaced "www"(ie: our handmade espresso tampers) might be ordered from our overseas craftsmen at the time of your order. We do this to keep prices down by reducing the amount of higher-cost inventory that must be stocked at all times, while still offering these desirable items in our catalog. The only effect is a longer delivery time (about 2 weeks in most cases; 3-4 weeks, at most, in a few cases.)

In most cases, we build all shipping cost in excess of our base/flat shipping charge, for these items that are ordered from overseas craftsmen at the time of your order with us, into the purchase price.
