THIS BLEND IS WONDERFULLY COMPLEX
WITH FRUITY, FLORAL & CHOCOLATEY AROMAS/FLAVORS, BUT A NEUTRAL ACIDITY.
EACH ASPECT OF THE FLAVOR COMPLEMENTS, BUT DOESN'T OVERPOWER,
THE OVERALL BALANCE OF THE BLEND.
All roasts work well with this blend, but we suggest a medium or medium-dark roast, especially for drip or espresso use. Fair Trade Certified
